     A month or two ago we added the work of Jeff Claassen.  Jeff is a local artist here on the central coast and reception of his work has been great,  several pieces have sold.  Here is a taste of what he has to offer,  original pieces and prints are mounted on wood and a shiny epoxy finish is applied giving each piece it’s own character.   Lots more in the gallery if you are interested.  805-772-0541

Jennifer Dawes lives in rural Northern California where she has distilled her knowledge of metalsmithing into an exquisite line of jewelry. This versatile collection can be mixed together to create a contemporary playful look while keeping to a classical ideology. Each piece is handmade, fabricated and finished at Jennifer’s studio in the coastal hills of Sonoma County, California.

Jennifer just recently launched Sustainably Beautiful, her initiative in creating jewelry in a socially and environmentally responsible way. She only uses recycled gold, conflict free diamonds and responsibly mined stones. “I try to leave as small a footprint on this planet as possible.”

Dawes Design is a “slow business” where everything is made locally and sourced using sustainable businesses that use recycled products.

We have started this year off right with a few new great artists joining our crew!

Glass artist Chris VanGoethem is new to the area and creates amazing asian and nature inspired pieces.  Come in and checkout his fantastic hardglass sake sets, captivating bamboo sculptures, and much much more.

Pottery artist Steve Weaver has mastered the special skill of a zinc sprinkled glazing technique.  His classic lines and crystaline flowering glaze give these pieces a rustic yet modern twist.  These are a definite must see.

We now carry a variety of Seattle Glass bowls and wall hangings.  Vibrant and rich in color all pieces are topped off with a silver foiling adding an allure thats hard to resist.  If you like Chihuly you will dig Seattle Glass.
